Beautifully Broken
“Praise the Lord! For it is good to sing praises to our God; For it is pleasant, and a song of praise is fitting.” Psalm 147:1
Broken heartedness and suffering in the Christian life are often misunderstood. Many times we lack understanding of what is taking place about how God both binds up our wounds and grows us in the process.
In this event, we’ll explore Psalm 147 and discover what God’s Word says about who He is and how He cares for us in our deepest hurt.
We’ll also create a hands-on reminder of God’s healing through the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi—a method of repairing broken pottery with gold. This powerful visual represents how God restores and rebuilds us through His Spirit, even after hardship.
No artistic skill needed—just come ready to reflect, create, and be encouraged. All supplies will be provided.
