Dr. Larry Reesor, Founder & President of Global Focus

You won’t want to miss this Sunday as we kick off the week with a message from Dr. Larry Reesor!  Dr. Larry Reesor Larry has served as an evangelist, pastor and mission agency executive for many years. In 1995, he  founded Global Focus. Since then, it has been one of the leaders in church missions mobilization. Right now, Global focus  is working with more than 10 countries and helping more than 400 churches, increasing awareness and value of missions, helping spread the Gospel to the ends of the earth.

 


Monday, October 9, 9:30am

Prayer Walking at the University of West Georgia Campus

Spend this Columbus Day prayer walking on the West Georgia campus as we lift up the students and teachers to God. Afterwards there will be a lunch and prayer with the church planter of Christ The King Church, Kirk Richeson. Arrive at Rehoboth at 9:30am for departure and bring $10-15 for lunch. Sign up in the Welcome Center or back of the Sanctuary.


Friday, October 13, 6:00pm

Prayer Walking at Clarkston Station Apartments

Join us as we prayer walk from 6-8pm at Clarkston Station for those who live in and around that community. Help us pray for the lost souls. Arrive at Rehoboth at 6pm for departure. Sign up at the Welcome Desk or back of the Sanctuary.


Saturday, October 14, 3:00pm

Block Party

On Saturday, October 14, from 3-5pm, we will be providing a block party for those who live in Clarkston Station. Clarkston Station is comprised of people from all over the world such as Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Burma, Nepal, the Congo, Bhutan and more. This will be a great opportunity to know, love, and invite our neighbors. There will be activities, refreshments, and lots of fun! Sign up at the Welcome Center to join the team and serve those around us.

Movie Night: The Insanity of God

Bring your family and friends out to see The Insanity of God at Rehoboth, from 5:30-7:30pm on October 15! The Insanity of God is the true story of missionaries Nik and Ruth Ripkin. After the death of their son, this ordinary couple journeys into the depths of the persecuted church, asking the question– IS JESUS WORTH IT?
